Emma Penwright
Science Network Coordinator
Emma heads up the Science Network, as well as supporting several CUs in London. She's based in Cambridge where she first came in 2015 to study Natural Sciences, specialising in Biochemistry. The highlight of her time at uni was getting involved in the Christian Union, which gave her a passion for seeing students come to know Christ! After graduating she joined the Relay programme and then took up a permanent role with the Science Network, allowing her to combine her love for science with her enthusiasm for helping students meet Jesus.
Emma's role covers the day-to-day running of the Science Network, including organising events and conferences, managing the website, and supporting local initiatives. She also regularly speaks at evangelistic events and writes articles on various topics. Her joys in life include running, dogs, and the Great British Bake Off!
