We're committed to supporting graduates as you move beyond life as an undergraduate student and into work or further study. These are some of the ways you can stay involved with the Science Network after graduation, and keep accessing support and training to live and speak for Jesus in your field.
Research Network
The UCCF Research Network equips Masters and PhD students across all disciplines to connect their academic studies with the gospel. Regular articles and conferences support postgraduates to understand the theological foundations of their discipline, work excellently within a Christian framework and see how their field points back to Christ.
Christian Persuaders
Christian Persuaders conferences exist to train a new generation of evangelistic speakers who can communicate the gospel clearly and persuasively into their culture.
In the Science Network, we're passionate about equipping science graduates to share the gospel in a manner that connects with fellow scientists, whether that's by addressing common objections to the Christian faith that concern science or engaging with the existential questions that arise out of fields such as artificial intelligence and biotechnology.
At a Christian Persuaders conference, attendees have the opportunity to prepare and deliver a 12-15 minute talk, respond to questions and receive feedback from other delegates. Many who attend these conferences have never written an evangelistic talk before, and we encourage groups to learn from each other!
If you're interested in attending a conference, email science@uccf.org.uk to hear about upcoming dates.
Christians in Science
Christians in Science is a network of scientific professionals united by love for Jesus and a conviction that science enhances, rather than undermines, Christian faith. They offer regular conferences, mentoring for recent graduates, and local groups in a number of cities.
